Finding time to train can be hard, but loads of us want to get a bit fitter so we can enjoy our riding more.
Improving your fitness does not always mean rigidly structured plans with zones, heart rate and all sorts of other jargon. In fact you can make loads of progress with just one session per week, following a simple, quick and effective approach.
In this video I take you through the most basic of training sessions that you can do indoors, outdoors, on the road bike, MTB or even the rowing machine! It can even be integrated into the rides you already do, so you don’t need to find extra time.
