Terms and Conditions:
- Proof of purchase must be provided.
- You should contact The Strength Factory via email, not on social media or other messaging apps.
- For subscription based programmes, you will only be refunded the most recent month’s payment.
- If you purchased an annual subscription, then the refund will be given on a pro-rata basis, including the previous month.
- For programmes with a one off payment you must claim your refund within 8 weeks of purchase.
- I will respond and initiate the refund process within 5 working days. For refunds through the TrainHeroic app, it usually takes 1-2 weeks for them to process and for you to receive funds.
- As part of this process, I welcome your feedback and suggestions for how I can improve the online training that I offer.
