The Over 40s MTB Programme is designed to be a bit kinder to your body, using a safe and gradual approach to building full body strength for riding as well as every day life. It is being used by hundreds of riders of all levels from across the world.
The Complete MTB Programme is another great option for newer riders, but more suited to mountain bikers who might have some previous gym or training experience, although this is not 100% necessary.
