Getting a bike set up properly can be a daunting task, especially with factory level suspension that features high and low speed compression and rebound damping.
Whilst the manufacturer’s settings are pretty useful, I thought I would give you all of my settings along with my height and weight to help you understand how to set up your Vitus Sommet, Fox 38 or Fox X2 Float for top performance.
As well as this, I explain a few performance upgrades I have made to the bike along with some finishing touches like tyre pressure and how to keep things quiet on the trails.
